In short
Bonus World is free to read because some casinos pay us when a reader opens an account through one of our links. This page explains which links are commercial, who receives the money, and what that money does and does not affect. The site and the affiliate relationships are run by Bonbiniwave Web Media B.V., Curaçao.
How we earn money
We take part in affiliate programmes run by online casinos and by networks that represent them. When you follow one of our links and then register or deposit, the operator may pay Bonbiniwave Web Media B.V. a commission. Depending on the agreement, it can be a fixed fee for a new depositing player, a share of the revenue the operator earns from that player over time, or a mix of both. You never pay anything extra, and the offer you receive is the same as, or sometimes better than, the one shown on the operator’s own site.
Which links are commercial
Buttons and links that lead to a casino, such as “Get bonus” or “Visit casino”, pass through an address beginning with /go/ on bonusworld.org. Hovering over them shows that address in your browser’s status bar. These are affiliate links. Links to help services such as ConnexOntario, the Responsible Gambling Council, GameSense and PlaySmart, to regulators and to reference sources are never commercial.
When you follow a /go/ link, our redirect service adds two cookies to the two that every page of the site sets, so the visit can be credited; all four are listed in our privacy policy. If you prefer not to use an affiliate link, you can always read an entry and then type the casino’s address yourself.
What commissions affect
Commercial relationships decide which operators appear in our live offers list and in what order. An operator that pays a higher commission or offers an exclusive deal to our readers may be placed higher. We say this openly because it is the main way the site is shaped by money.
What commissions do not affect
Payments never change the dates, amounts or terms recorded in the archive, and we do not delete or rewrite archived offers at an operator’s request, except to correct an error. We do not publish star ratings or scores for casinos, so there is no rating to sell. A commission is not a licence check: being on Bonus World does not mean that an operator is authorised in your province, and the offers on the site are not aimed at residents of Ontario.
Exclusive offers and partner data
Where a live offer is described as exclusive, it is a promotion that the operator has agreed to make available through Bonus World links, for example extra free spins or a different wagering requirement from its standard welcome bonus. Its terms are still set by the operator, which can change or end it at any time. The live list is built from data supplied by operators and affiliate networks: offer amounts, bonus codes and key terms. The operator’s current terms always prevail over what is shown on our pages. If an offer on Bonus World no longer matches what you see at the casino, tell us and we will correct the entry or remove it.
Advertising and sponsored content
We do not currently sell banner space or publish sponsored articles. If that changes, sponsored material will be labelled as such on the page where it appears.
